You do what they want you to do and you get ZP for it.
sweet and simple
more refined: You do the survey or whatever it asks you to do and when you're finished you get the set amount of ZP it promised you at the beginning. Some survey don't work (I've heard) and some are also scams (also I've heard) so watch out.
