Banned for no reason?

so i was doing ranked match no big deal and i was done trying to find a new game and suddenly i've got a massage with server full hmmm okee, then disconnected uuuh alright, and then you account has been permenently banned for really no reason?. this is outrages cf i'm a player that play's this games for almost 7 years and now you doing this for nothing really crossfire ? i want answers and real quick.
