In-game misplacement of options

So guys i've been getting this error for quite sometime and it basically whenever im ingame and try to change the options they are all misplaced in my screen. it also happens when the game is loading and the screen goes to the side.




Can somebody help me? I've re-installed but doesn't seem to fix it.

I'm using Asus laptop - win.10
I also get random FPS drops which really annoy me and ruin my scores/gameplay.
