Is the Event Tracker broken?

I've been doing the Winter Event that started thursday and completed all off therm so far.
altho on the site it says i didn't complete the winter valley one,
It says i have 14 out of 15 games while i did 15 games from start to finish, and a extra 6 games to make sure i got it. Apparently i still didn't get it.

How is this possible? i even counted the amout of games i did on a sheet of paper just to be sure, and that also says 15 full games.

Tracker has been working fine for me. At what time have you been doing the missions? The clock resets at midnight EST; EST is GMT-5.

That would have been around 10:30 pm (9:30 pm gmt) wich means it should have counted.

The tracker is also working fine for me. I always intend to do more games than it is originally stated. In this case, I do 20 games instead of 15 in case if one or two doesn't count.

like i said, i did extra games, and i had a few clannies of me report the same problem,
and why should we do extra games? if i do 15, that should be enough to finish it, cuz of the tracker not working i'm gonna miss out on my crates.

Usually I will do the missions early so I leave time to make sure I can see the tracker update, but I can see that it was already 10:30 PM so waiting two hours for tracker to update may not be feasible. The GMs have said before that even if the tracker is bugged, their records are accurate, so if their systems registered the15 games, then you should be fine.

You can try to send a support ticket to see if they can confirm whether you've actually got 14 or 15.

Many players sometimes miss out a requirement or so for each event and then they tend to blame the event tracker. In this case, your making sure that you finish each game with the scoreboard showing up at the end. By doing extra games, you ensure that you have 100% completed this event without any problems.

i got 5-10 kills every game, did them all on snow valley tdm, was BEFORE midnight EST, so i don't see what i could have not met there?

Tracker has been working fine for me all week. Today is still working but VERY slow. just keep adding a few more games. It should sort itself out. Mine did.

It did all the games from the Shadow mode day, but i'm still missing 1 ( sevreal that didn't reg?) for the TDM one, and i doubt they will be added 3 days afther

Try to send a ticket asking if you actually finished that task according to their logs. Make sure your question is clear so that you can get the right reply.

If u didnt get it by the day u probably wont get any answe through support and tracker is working fine it just takes 3 hours to update I've done 18 or even 30 games cuz I had free time to do them now just left last final day.
