Disconnected from hgw server 0:10:0:0 PROBLEM PROBLEM

1 day I have this problem I can not login to the game all the time and when I enter this error after 10 minutes or 15 minutes this problem is not only on the screen but I do not understand my problem with my other friends You can not solve such problems why so many people complain! !!

*********And there is no problem with my internet connection just happens while playing this game !

---What I did to solve this problem---

1- I did not want to connect to the game with vpn

2- I restarted the modem again

3- I have not changed the IP again

4- I cleaned up the game with the cleaning application Clean the computer did not happen again

5- I deleted the game I uploaded a new download on the site again gives the same error
