Is the tracker wrong again?

I played 11 games of Super Soldier and it only shows 9 till now.
Is it wrong again?
I can't even do another round now because it passed 12am EST.

you have to wait , they are updating it every 2 hours .

You got to make sure you met all the requirements.

1) You have to complete the Game.
2)Play at least 1 minute.
3) The room must have at least 3 members.
4)Have at least 1 kill.

Yeah I believe they met. I did one more just in case. I contacted support they say if I have evidence they will look into it.
What evidence should I have ? seriously?

and you need to allow 2 hours for the tracker to update.

It doesn't reset, It updates every two hours

I contacted support again. They closed my ticket saying this
"You have already submitted a ticket regarding this issue. While we appreciate your concern and feedback, a response pertaining to your issue has already been provided to you.
Please refer to all previous responses, as a resolution or final answer has already been stated."

Do I have hope getting those EP ? Maybe it's really time to quit CF.

My ticket:

"Dear hard working GMs,

I really need your help with the event. I did 11 super soldier games but only 9 counted. It is possible that there was an error. I was shocked. AND unfortunatly it is the next day about 1am already.

I am a great supporter of the game and had reported more than 100 hackers to make CF better. I really hope you would grant me those event points! Thank you so much.
