hello, a while a go there was event choose your country for a chance to win something and i picked my country but i didnt win anything even tho alot of my friend recived the ep i didnt i have been offline for sometime due to work and stuff so been playing when i could but not much ~_~ is that the reason that i didnt receive the ep or wht

You probably mean the CFGams2016 event.
It finished weeks ago, if you didn't played for this or your country didn't receive any medal is normal to don't have EP

If you played and your country won medal and you don't have EP then only support can help you.

Just as its been said above. You got to contribute to your country in order qualify for the reward.

i did play at that time

but i got busy with real life and a friend of mine just told me that they got the ep so iam just checking if i should recive or not i did play at that time but not until the end of event maybe afew days before it finishes but if not is ok too o.o
