Notice how after you shoot one bullet and then reload, the shotgun reloads two bullets when it should only reload one.

Yep, this is a bug. You need to report it to Support by sending a Ticket.Link: http://support.z8games.com/us/index.php?/Default/Tickets/Submit/Index

It's meant to shoot 2 bullets before you reload.

I'm pretty sure that this was the case even with the previous Diamond Pigeon.

I think it's intentional.
