CF only shows about 3/4 of the playable frame on my laptop screen.

Sometimes the 1920x1080 resolution is hidden (my GPU can handle it). For reference, I run much more demanding games at this resolution and can play them at well over 60fps. Now I have managed to make this resolution available again, but then the problem of having it only displaying 3/4 of the frame on my screen is just frustrating. I have tried changing the resolution and changing back to this one but they all display a small portion of the frame on my screen.

I have a Dell 15 7559 Notebook with i5 6300HQ, a GeForce 960M w/ 4GB GDDR5, and 16GB of RAM.

    Is your laptop set to the right settings?

    Have you put "Full Screen" mode in your graphics settings?

    Have you tried to run as Admin? Sometimes, the resolution can't change without admin permission.

    Have you clicked on default button in in-game settings? And then trying to change the resolution?
