I didn't get my ribbon of CrossFire Games ? i don't know why

i was in Egypt Team
i got 50,000 EP prize only !

Did you contribute to any of the challenges? If yes, then I would suggest to send in a Support Ticket.

If you contributed, looks like you did Receiving EP
Your entitled to receive the ribbon, Egypt got 1 GOLD.........

I remember Grumpy saying that you had to contribute at least once in the discipline that Egypt won.

So in Case of Egypt, you needed to have spun a single Crate while the Event was going on.

If you didn't, you won't get the ribbon.

i should get ribbon , so i sent support ticket and they said database Unavailable and they can't give me the ribbon
