I have buy a new pc and him got Windows 10 64bits,i do no why but i cant hear bullets and steps,who os the problem?how i can resolve this for have again will on play

I have try anithing,another phones,another drives, another game download all,but dont anithing result,i was starting be crazy

Yah,very times,reinstal drives and game settings,but dont result anithing,i hear game sound but bullets and steps,who for me its most important dont hear

The game sound is working fine for me. Are you sure that you have reinstalled the game properly?

You can follow these steps to ensure to have the best outcome:

Control Panel -> Z8Games -> CrossFire -> Uninstall CrossFire.
Open Up My Computer.
Delete the CF directory (Program Files/Z8Games/CrossFire/).
Delete the CF directory (/Document/CrossFire/) (Make sure you backup any screenshots or replays you may have before doing this).
Disable your anti virus.
Download the newest client from our downloads site.
Install the game from the new download.
Add the entire crossfire folder to your antivirus exceptions.
Re-enable realtime protection.

That is very strange indeed. Have you tried to update your Windows? By going into your Windows Update.
