How to deal with Hackers that have multiple friends to counter in game kicking..

These few clans have been blatantly hacking and terrorizing everyone playing this game. I've been reporting it for awhile now and starting to realize z8 doesn't really care. I never get any replies to my reports and these guys just keep hacking and hacking. What is the deal?

~Removed~ just runs around with his back turned and killing everyone with headshots.. this is normal for the "removed" clan..
