account recovery

I haven't played in a long time. I forgot the password to my account. I also forgot what e-mail it was linked to. It's also asking for the DATE the account was created... not sure how many could remember the exact date if it was years ago. Is there anyway I can recover it still? Is there any other info that can be used to verify the account? I have a few gamecard transaction IDs still, that seems more verifiable than the email and date creation. . It was a pretty good account

I already sent a support ticket but I get the generic response where it seems like the bottom with extra info isn't bothered to be read.
