Ribbon delay

Its already 18 sept and still dont get my ribbon and rewards from event games 2016, like a my clan .
we reached the first gold medal from ZM2 new mode, and was playing there almost 40 games for every player of our clan team.
But im waiting for 2 weeks and our Russian team havent recieved rewards yet.
Maybe someone can explain me? What is the bad joke...
