Name change

I've been trying to request a name change for the past week. The player hasn't been on for 7 months and z8's policy is if they haven't been on for 90 days, the name is free to take. I sent in 3 tickets regarding the name (2 requests and 1 complaint).

If Support says that the in-game is not available then there is nothing you can really do about it expect from choosing a different name.

Nowhere does our policy say that if an account is inactive for 90 days that it is subject to a name change. We have mentioned, however, that if an IGN is not used on any account for 90 days, then you have the option to obtain that IGN.

What about the clan names that have been changed since 2012 showing up as unavailable in clan name change today?

It's kind of unfair how somebody could be inactive and still keep their name
