CFCL Open- Not In Bracket

CFCL Admin,

Could you please add us into the CFCL bracket today?
I have sent a ticket on Thursday and PM to Effects Friday because I cannot enter the tournament properly.
Clicked sign up for open multiple times but it did not go through.
We were deleted on the CFCL website involuntarily Thursday night so we had to sign up again.
