Is z8 scamming?

Guys I need Some help. I sended a ticket to z8games(fail of receiving Zp) on 13/08. But stille no answer of them. ( i purchased 12/08) i purchased for 70kzp with a paysafecard. I contacted paysafecard and the money is taken by wilesgate (z8games), but I never received My ZP. Are they scamming people?

Nah they're not scamming you, give it a few more days and if there's still no response you can try to send another ticket.

You will have to wait a few more days. Tickets usually don't get answered that quick.
