Account Permanent Ban

Hello GMs,

I have an issue regarding my friend's CF NA account, which happened to be blocked since last week. I'm sure one of the reasons the GMs blocked the account was because of an inappropriate IGN callsign (The account callsign has "Isis" in it). The account was a legit account, and the profile's name was changed after the ban. I really hope the GMs can give the account back, under the resolution that the account owner, my friend's, will change his callsign. I've played CF with him since '10 and he has never hacked, or fix matches. It's sad to see a long-term investment and all those memories gone to waste. I hope you resolve this as soon as possible.
