It means you have more accounts than necessary. What's wrong with the one you are using now? Assuming it's made before Aug 2011 .

i remember back in 2011 ive created many accounts lvl them up to a specific rank (free gp ) just to win xm8adv from black market ^^

Lool I did exactly the same for the same weapon. When I finally won it after like 6 accounts it became my main and Im still on it today. Funny stuff.
