Roster Changes Haven't been done even though armor is given out already??

Hello, Our roster hasn't been changed even though we sent tickets a long time ago, along with messaging mods to hurry them up.

+1 Same thing happening to us expect they removed one of s5 players without him or us even sending a ticket.

Also one of my teammates are trying to join the team and it says it's full. It currently shows that we have 6 players on our roster, our team name is Splice.
