How do we get this weapon? I was told that we needed the vip iron shark sniper or am I mistaken? Thanks in advance!

Correct! If you preordered it then it would've came with the package.

oh oh... Would it be possible to send in a ticket to refund my item in exchange for another vip weapon? Had I knew that it was already over, I would have probably bought another vip weapon instead :c

There is no way to get the AA12 - Buster anymore, for now. Not sure if they're going to add crates later on.

After you buy a VIP you have 48 hours to refund it. You can only do it once.
