They most likely know what team you are playing for. If you are on a rival team you will be kicked as they do not want you to score any points towards the event. Make sure you do not advertise who you are supporting this Summer Games. Believe me, I've been kicked out of so many rooms today. This is pure discrimination against players. It's actually creating a new type of war zone. Bring back the peace.
