Of course you're going to get a copied & pasted reply. They're not going to write the same thing over and over again.

Help with what? The ping? If it only happens to you, it might be your internet. If it happens to some people, it's harder to find what is the problem. Now if it is to everyone, it's obviously on their end.

About those questions, it's not only you who suffer. It's pretty much almost everyone.

After the Halloween patch, some people and I got ping issues too. Our pings went up, we sent tickets and all that. Nothing was done about it because it only affected some.

you will get always copy paste replies no matter where u report something.. have u ever reported something on facebook? u think our support is bad, try reporting something on facebook. even if it's a obvious scammer on facebook they still say doesn't violate our terms ( doesn't break rules) so GG on that.

anyways u should check ur internet speed, maybe reset ur modem .. also would call ur provider and tell them what's going on. it's wouldn't surprise me if they changed ur speed and didn't tell u... had that happened before, got less and paid more.
