It's not the ZP you bought that could be refunded, just items that you buy such as a VVIP weapon that you bought accidentally or didn't like. You could only refund the weapon 48 hours after purchase.

Yeah items can be refunded within certain terms, neither ZP or Z8 ( as someone put it :P ) are refundable.

Fair enough, but as I already said before, this isn't the only issue. Sadly now I have no reason to stick up for z8/sg either since my account is blocked. Don't worry, I won't make any new threads here on this forum, but I will keep making them elsewhere.

To me, this is stealing my money no matter how anyone else tries to frame it. That makes me mad!

I don't see the point in this, but I have no control over elsewhere. I am sorry you feel this way, but as your screenshot clearly shows, the terms are very openly outlined for when you purchase ZP. Considering we cannot convince you otherwise, I will close this thread as well.
