Crossfire Doesnt like some Mice.

So I got the
R.A.T 7
and
SideWinder gaming mouses, and iv had this problem ever since 2.0 came out, to the point I've been dealing with an old dell computer mouse with a ball in it,

So The old dell school mouse with a ball in it works better in crossfire than my 2 very expensive gaming mouses... well I gave crossfire the benefit of the dought and assumed it was just because there was something wrong with the mouse... so I go and buy the new Razer Mamba, and I go and play crossfire and its Still all ruggid and jaggity... well some dude I met ingame had the same problem and he told me to turn the HZ rate to 125 because crossfire doesn't allow 1k Hz Polling rates... so I turned it down to 125 and it works fine.. So its like really? my gaming mouse R.A.T 7 and Sidewinder don't have customizealbe polling rates like the razer mamba.. so I'm sure theres players out there that have the exact mouse problem that iv had forever...well my car recently broke down and so I had to return the razer mamba cause I needed a new car bat, so iv been looking online everywhere to adjust my other gaming mouses Hz rate.. and no luck..

So can you guys Fix crossfire to where they will allow 1k hz, or can you guys help me find out how to adjust the polling rate to 125 on my mouse that don't have it as easily customizable...

This is sad that crossfire is the only game that I have a issue w this..

  • You can use this program which configures your polling rate of your mouse (download at your own risk)

He already said try it at your own risk. Scan the file online?
  • why does cf even have this problem to where I have to even put the effort to fix the HZ amount just so my mouses will work for crossfire? and the link doesn't even work

Be careful with that program as it can ruin your motherboard but it looks clean... If your looking for a mouse for crossfire search into the Logitech G100's , Or any mice that allows 250 Hz.. I currently have a razer mouse and I have to keep it on 125

Where did you read that? I used hidusbf when I had my old mouse and it worked fine with no problems.

@Spyro_Dragon I suggest to buy a razer mouse. (they are the best imo)
