It doesn't matter what map you play, what round, or what zombie you kill. It's random like opening ZM crates. Each ticket has an equal chance of winning a permanent item, buying more only gives you a better discount per ticket. The "help guide" for tickets is very poorly translated, all it means is that bigger zombies use more tickets and buying a larger quantity of tickets causes the tickets to be used faster.

Has nothing to do with this topic? He meant that as in people who know what they're doing and got good-enough weapons to do the most damage and get the best score.

I was just about to ask why on earth you would use a shotgun (AA-12 Buster), but I just looked up the weapon and damn it's very good.
