Whenever I load into a game, it automatically brings me back to the menu?

You know when you join a game, and it JUST ended, so you see your character screen where you'd get your XP, well I see that whenever I join a game? They all cant end as soon as I join. The servers are always still there playing when I look at it again. I also have a problem of not seeing ingame text?
