Guys, I'd like to know if it's possible to get a refund on a vip pre-order?
Yes, it's about the Ironshark. So I just want to know if I can get a refund on it? If yes, please tell me if there are steps I must follow. If not... oh well...

I'm not sure if you can refund a preorder, but in general if you bought zp under 48 hours I believe you can get a refund if you send a support ticket. http://support.z8games.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit

I'm most certain that they do not offer refunds for preorders. But go ahead and send a ticket ASAP.

You are allowed to refund any transaction via ZP within 24-48 hours according to my knowledge
ex.
i buy a VIP weapon I can refund it within 24hrs and get my ZP back

you can not refund a ZP payment
and if u do you will get banned
