game closes with no errors after couples of minutes

crossfire closes without any errors in a couple of minutes.
is there any solution for this problem?

intel core i7-3630QM - 2,4 ghz
12 gb ram
geforce gt 650 M video card
windows 8.1 64 bit OS

Not sure what would be causing this. Have you tried running CF by opening patcher_cf.exe in Z8Games folder?

Only started happening since I upgraded to windows 10.
I had to completely reinstall windows 10 a second time and not download any GPU drivers. My guess is that crossfire has problems with windows 10 AMD drivers.
I will be switching to nvidea soon so ill see if that fixes the problem by then.

I had the same prob and fixed it by this :
1.open run and type msconfig
2.choose services in the top bar
3.press disable all then ok
remember to enable all again before restarting your pc
or you'll have some problems after restarting

I remember that my Graphic Drivers installed "AMD Gaming Evolved" without me noticing, and that one was responsible for my CF closing.

Check if you either have "AMD Gaming Evolved" or "Raptr" running in the background, preferably in your Taskmanager.

Closing and/or uninstalling either of these fixed it for me.

My game even closes it self in the login screen i tryed to re-install it i tryed to run it on windows 7 while i'm using windows 10 i can't find the problem can somebody help me?

win 10 game crash after about minute or so

Look at system events -> application event and look at crossfire. maybe you will see that autio file make problem (windows media player file). I have done following:

1. win + R then type : optionalfeatures.exe and find media then disable media player. Wait for system to uninstall component.

2. Deinstall all players you might have.

3. Reboot

4. repeat step one but this time enable windows media player. Wait for system to install it.

5.pick one mp3 file then choose open with program option then select choose another program. In newly showed screen pick windows media player and click to choose option "always select this to open blah blah "

6. that should fix problem. It worked for me on upgraded win 10 from win 7

Im on windows 8, the game crashes as soon as I join a game without any error messages.

i have adam error the game become like stop watch you can play it btween 12 am to 2:15 pm and from 2:15 pm to 12:00 am you can not play it becouse error (MFC app hasencountered aproblem and need to closed :if you were in the midel of something the info you were working on might be lost ) and they say sorry that error onely between 2:15 pm to 12:00 am and from 12 :00 am you can play game very good onely to 2:15 pm any one tell me why ?
