crossfire in-match resolution problem

hey guys, i have a problem with my crossfire's resolution while im in a match. when i'm in the lobby, the resolution is perfect, but while im entering a match, the screen goes black for a few seconds and then only shows the top left quarter of the game. I have checked my specs and tried changing my resolution to match the game's but nothing seems to work =( please help me out guys, much appreciated
