Does XP boost from VVIP weapons stack?

I have an M4a1 Obsidian Beast and seeing as payday has been and gone i fancy getting an AK47 Iron Beast. But I will only buy it if I can benefit from the additional XP boost if its in bag 2, when my M4 is in bag 1. i.e will i get 400% exp boost as opposed to 200% which im getting now? Hopefully someone can confirm.

Yes, the EXP Boost stacks.

you will not get 400% exp for both vips
it will be 440% exp

That is not what I meant, mang. What meant is if the '30% EXP Boost for All Players' perk counts towards the owner of the VIP. Lel.
