Reply from INCA (gameguard)

I sent the Erl files, and, since i promised a reply, here is there answer to me on Windows 7:

Please terminate temporarily all processes (programs) in task manager that was not related with game playing. And please follow up the instructions as below.



1) Please scan all your PC Hard Disk Drive with Anti-Virus Vaccine & Anti-Spy ware Tool that should be update at the latest version. If you do not have the Anti-Virus or Anti-Spy ware, please download it as following site.

- Anti-Virus: If you have not any vaccine programs, please scan with AVG or AVAST as free version.

2) Please download and install security patch for windows in order to prevent from malignant code infected.

- Security Patch : Windows Update



Please try to run game after deleting GameGuard folder that was located in Game Installation folder.

If the error occur continuously, please send us fresh erl files to game2@inca.co.kr.
