Viper so bad

1-If you owned , you will notice that it is very easy to aim the head...( i mean players can kill you easy)
2-It's not useful

I want a chance for Refund

Generally the hitboxes for all characters are the same. They may look different, but its pretty much equal. That being said, if you want a refund you will have to send a ticket to the Billing section under 'item refund'. If it was longer than 48 hours since you bought it though, or you've had a refund before, you're likely out of luck.

+1 with the title but my reason is vipers glitch so annoying especially when you play in sniper match

I think that could be allowed to sell our VIP's, for less that we bought

i buy it on pre order in 12/2015
and i cant refund any thing from pre orders
but thanks for help ..

Even if it wasn't pre-orders, thats too long to refund it.
