Please help kicked out 100% of the time

Ok. so I've already submitted a support ticket and they really couldn't help me so they suggested I come here.

So, I'm currently doing the training and I'm at the point where I just received my free M4A1 and Desert Eagle. The next task in my training is to create a bot game and kill 40 bots. I join the map, and right when I try to right click (shoot my M4A1), my game crashes instantly. The screen goes black and it exits out. No error messages or anything.

I decided to try to switch out my M4A1 with my M16. Unfortunately that didn't help at all either. The only weapons I can shoot with is my Secondary (desert eagle), and I can melee with my knife. That's about it.

ALSO - When I get up close to the bots, they're so graphically disoriented. They don't look right at all and you cant really tell what you're looking at.

WHAT I HAVE DONE TO FIX THIS ---> To fix this, I decided to try to uninstall the whole game and reinstall it. I did that and it didn't change a thing. My game was still crashing every time. I also decided to install the proper graphics driver which didn't help a single bit. I then tried manually installing graphics drivers and it just didn't help at all .

Please help me i've spent countless hours trying to figure this issue out but I just cant.
