Help me get my account back

So I have played crossfire in a while. But one day I returned to play one tdm match and got off cf. The next day I logged in I got this pop up saying my account has been permanently blocked. And I panicked and wondered why because I didn't even do anything no hacking no glitching or whatever I just played one game( Also I was playing against two cf mods if that is an imprtant factor). So immediately afterwards I tried my secondary account. That has been permanently blocked too and I didn't even use that account for months. Afterwards I sent a ticket to z8 asking why am I permanently blocked and a couple days later they replied "This account is not currently blocked from accessing any of our services. If you are referring to another account, please submit a ticket from the account that is experiencing this problem." WTF even mean ofcourse I am blocked. So i sent another ticket and I waited 1 week and no one responded. So then I sent another ticket and they are like "You have already submitted a ticket regarding this issue. Please do not submit new tickets about the same issue if you already have a ticket in-progress. Please note that submitting duplicate, incomplete, or false tickets may result in longer wait times." Now I waited 2 more weeks. WTF is going on? Why are they not replying back and how can I get my account back from this injustice?

You have been hardware banned. Try to log in from another pc and you will see that your accounts are fine.

You have been HWID banned, no way of getting around it unless you get a new PC. Also they gave you a response so there's nothing you can do regarding that account. Best of luck

Actually you can bypass it, you only have to do two things and the last thing is reinstall the game.

You're hardware banned more then likely, bunch of people are having this issue since about everyone who has common sense with a computer can bypass the bans and get others HWID banned.

NattNatt made a thread asking people got banned for no reason to PM him, I can't find the thread but you should still hit him up.

There's no other logical reason so I fail to believe that's true as the only error was giving actual perm bans on accounts after a fresh install of cf.
