Inventory problem

Hello, I got back from vacation last week, hopped on crossfire for a bit and when I went to my inventory I noticed that I have permanent flash guard.... Im really scared right now cause idk whats going on. Were they giving this item out for free? Diid I miss something? PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!
