Cheater not banned

Hey gms, I noticed that a player who has VIPs and 5 star rank that I reported for cheating during the time season 2 of ranked match hack wave was online 3 hours ago. I still have the replay and I watched it over again and the player was cheating (aimlock and wallhack) and both of these accusations were found to be true very easily at the 3rd round. Now the question is, why is he not banned? A gm's response is appreciated and needed. Thanks.

Well, either your Ticket hasn't been processed yet, or the evidence simply wasn't weighty enough for a conviction.

I'd reckon the Supports operates under the presumption "better safe than sorry" when going through hack replays.

Lol preset did you read when I said that those 2 accusations are true and easily found? He is basically a rookie cheating. But it could be that it was on round 3 and a GM got bored and clicked off the replay, and report was sent months ago, other than that idk what it could be.
