shotgun ribbon question

There is a ribbon that you can get if you have 5 permanent shotguns. Do GP shotguns from the item shop qualify in order to receive this ribbon?

What? 4? the ribbon asks for 5 shotguns...

Im asking if the GP shotguns that you can buy in the item shop will be counted towards this ribbon.

Yes. The 4 shotguns from the GP itemshop counts.

Guess I wasn't clear enough.

Buy those 4 plus the dual double barrel shotgun (Pistol) and you're set. Shotguns like KSG15 or Remmington870 also counts if you won them already

I don't think that the pistol counts anymore. Someone else made a thread about it and were wondering why they didn't have the ribbon.

Hello. I've been trying to get the Shotgun Ribbon for quite a while now, but it doesn't seem to appear in my Ribbons' list.
I own 5 different shotguns:

- GP Shotguns: XM1014
SPAS-12
KS-23
Dual Desperado

- MP Shotgun: Serbu Super-Shorty

I also own the Dual Double Barrel (although, as said above, they do not count as shotguns anymore).
WHY DO I NOT GET THE RIBBON?? Maybe the MP shotgun doesn't count?

Please help

Please send a support ticket -> crossfire support
this way will be more easy to spot the problem (as support can look on your game storage ).
