They didn't ask YOU to buy any ZP. It's an option. I'll forward your issue to the right department. Next time ask for help nicely - can't be rude and ask for help at the same time.

Edit: It's working fine on my side and we haven't seen any similar issues so it looks like an issue only you are facing.
