where/when could you get the ak noble beast?

I seriously have no idea but I see it every day and it's not on the vip section of the item shop...

and I want to know if it's permanent or day limited?

It was a compensation for the people who pre-ordered the Axe Beast. It was 'broken' so the GMs decided to give us a Perm AK - Noble Beast, and fix the Axe Beast.
