Reporting is completely useless.
So, yesterday I made a thread about someone (didn't say who it was) that I found hacking, and reported months ago. And yesterday I had to play with the hacker that I report looooong time ago. The thread was deleted for whatever reason.
This time I'll ask nicely,
Z8, can you explain to me WHY this guy is not banned, or WHY he was unbanned? He clearly was hacking, and lost his HSR.
I reported this dude months ago, and in the report it says "Reviewed." and "CLOSED." But it seems like it was "Ignored." And then, you guys tell us to report hackers. What for? To play with them after a long time? Just to waste our times? No, thanks.

I sent a ticket about my reports. And now all of them say "Reviewed." and "CLOSED," but I think they just copied & pasted that and didn't bother checking if they were banned or not. -
All reports are looked over. If yours says reviewed on it, consider yourself extra lucky as most times they are looked over without any comment being added to them at all. If yours was looked at, and the person is still playing, then the results were likely inconclusive. Staff will always err on the side of caution rather than ban first and ask questions later.
Also, your previous thread (and yes, I can still view it on my end) was rude and thus was closed and deleted by one of our MODs. In the future, if you do have complaints about this sort of thing, please keep it respectful. -

No. I wasn't lucky to have a "reply" on them. I sent tickets about it my reports, because I report and nithing happens to the hackers.
And I've played long enough to see if someone hacks or not. And guess what, he is STILL hacking, but now I didn't take my time to report him, because it's basically useless. -

Staff will always " Er " ... ? Wtf does that even mean, I still got 8 reports open against kids I reported all over a month ago, To top it off every replay I put had them aim botting going full bl8, And guess what they still playing to this day Lmfao. You guys are a sick joke when it comes to that ****. -

Also keep in mind that even bypassing censors by using asterisks can result in an infraction as if you had said the word itself. -
So, a hacker will be playing the game because why not or can I send a ticket with his IGN, so you guys can rewatch the replay and get im banned?
I cannot comment on any particular account, any ban or decision not to ban, or any particular replay that was reported and reviewed. However, I will note that we do not review replays simply because someone sends a ticket with an IGN. -

So someone hacked, got unbanned or didn't get banned at all after the report says that it was reviewed, and nothing is going to happen to him?

I gave up on Reporting because the frustration is not worth my time/effort. Last one I Reported got a 30 day ban (shotgun through wall). Because it wasn't a Perm ban, I just felt its not worth the steps/hassle to report them if they are only going to get a "go sit in the corner" time-out.

If I get pulled over for doing 30 over the speed limit il just tell him that its up to him how he sees it and drive off.
When you get thrown in jail for doing so, and you try to argue with the judge, you can see it however which way you want to. Isn't going to change the outcome, now is it? -
Maybe it was inconclusive because some of the GMs don't play the game? I mean during the last two ghost mode tournaments the GM's had trouble even making the rooms (especially in the first of the two), so i'd imagine that they wouldn't be able to see less blatant cheats and as you say, err on the "safer" side.

Yes, but in the old system, first and second offence was a temp (iirc) then third was perm...so if it was before the new system and the other guy had already been temp banned twice, his would be a perm, but if it was this guys first time, he'd only get a temp (under the old system) -

It depends on their workload, i'd imagine they get quite a lot of reports daily. Your report doesn't have higher priority than anyone else. I've almost finished installing the game. I'm going to play a little now and then starting from tomorrow. It cant be as bad as you people make it seem.
