Z8 Support

My friend's account was stolen 2 years ago, and he just memorized this account recently, so he decided to make a ticket.

No wonder the support staff disappointed him and I, I was even so upset about their respond.

I provided 2 screenshots of the mail, I even showed what's inside the message (It included all the ACCOUNT information, account creation date, password, transcations, etc.)

After all these evidences, providing the accurate creation date, first in-game name, and only a WRONG birthday date, they close my ticket for inaccurate info.

Are you real? Are you serious? How can they act like robots??

So your friend lost the account, but you are submitting the ticket? Firstly, thats not allowed. Get your friend to send the ticket, not you.

Secondly, if you had all the proper info, and only just the wrong birthdate, the account would likely be recovered by now. Have your friend check their info, and your friend send a ticket about your friends account. Furthermore, nobody here on the forum can help you with this.

I wasn't aware of making a ticket for someone isn't allowed.

However, I'm pretty sure they're denying my ticket due to the current email registered (I use the first email adress as the current email, however it was already hi-jacked long time ago)

My account creation date was right (I saw it in the email as well), login id, first in-game name, and transcations. How can I deal with the email issue then? If I send them one more ticket, I'm afraid that I'll be permanently blocked from sending tickets.

(Me is referred to my friend.)

    My friend's account was stolen 2 years ago........ . .. . . . . . .

let me get this straight....the account was stolen 2 years ago...your 'friend' had all the info needed to recover it...but didn't 2 years ago...and now...expects that this stolen account, which likely could have gone through lots of stuff regarding changing and banned status if a hacker was the one to steal it, would be worth getting back...2 years later. I mean...personally I wouldn't even bother I don't think unless it had some good stuff on it...but let's face it...if it had lots f ZP weapons and what not...then well your friend would have gone through the process of account recovery until the account was back into your friend's control.

I mean that's my opinion on that. Obviously it's not going to really help you probably...but like stated only support ticket from your friend can help your friend now. Posting about it here is just going to force the hand of common sense to strike.

You're generally not blocked for sending tickets to legitimately try to get your account back, but heres the issues I can see with your situation.

Sending a ticket for someone else, specifically in the Account Admin section, requires you to know their info, right? Because you'd have to submit their info. Which means they would have had to share their info with you. Which isn't allowed.

At any rate, if it was only the email that you didn't have right, and you had everything else, you'd be good to go. However I noticed that above, you said you had the wrong birthday. Now you're saying the wrong email. I'm sure you can understand how this sounds worse and worse as you keep going.
  • Currently support team reply on ticket quickly 2 ~ 10 min

    thank you!

I'm posting here to get a message from Kanadian and I'm very glad to see that he did so it would help me in the further tickets, and all these questions are not supposed to be referred to me at all because I'm not the owner. He suddenly found that old account in his pc text documents!

No no, I mean I'm asking if his ticket was closed due to false current email, however you've stated that if the birthday is only wrong, I'm good to go and I'm glad to hear that.

Thanks for replying, I finally feel that I'm not ignored by the support / game managers any more.

I'm pretty sure they're not going to tell you whats wrong. Especially since you're not the account owner.

They said I can't send a ticket, he has to, they didn't state what's wrong at all when he did the ticket
  • I hope they don't help since technically you're both sharing account information which falls into account sharing which is against the rules lel.
