What kind of situations that requires money to regain my account? (Excluding hacking, or scamming.)

Is it possible to regain my account if I've used virtual machine (to farm), or violation in rules in general?

I've seen some MOD saying there's a chance of regaining your account if you pay a specific amount of money.

What mod made that claim???

If you have been banned from a charge back then you can get the account unbanned by paying it off + the nsf fee.

If you have been permanently blocked for violating the tos, well it's typically permanent.
