hi community, i have a twilight zone history for you all
It was back on 2014, one of the infamous windows xp hack bug (for those who do not know what that was, check it here http://forum.z8games.com/showthread.php?277983-Important-Announcement-CrossFire-No-Longer-supports-WINDOWS-XP&p=3943567#post3943567).
At that time, i contacted support regarding this, and here is what they said.

Well at the time, i did not check if they gave it back, but i did trust them(hey why not?), now today when i was checking my badges i found that my honorable badge was not there, so i contacted support that says this to me xD.

Since i never cheated,never downloaded hacks, never shared my information with no one, never borrowed my account, never even got banned ingame or whatever, they insist that i cheated when they clearly said that was their fault.

Now this is only an eye opener to those who thinks things are getting better..no they are not...

As you can see, i am heavily against hackers, but instead of banning them, they choose to punish for SOMETHING it was their fault.
Can you trust someone that acts like this?
Ps: sent a second ticket requesting more info, and got the same answer, no more details xD
