No textures

Has he tried doing a clean reinstall? Looks like a rez file has gone corrupted....

That would make no difference...the rez files are local files...AV and FW are about communications with the servers...Please stop giving out the wrong information. If you know the ACTUAL answer to an issue, great, if not, please don't just take a stab in the dark with a random answer...

This looks like an old REZ mod that went around 5 years or so ago...it gets rid of the "distractions" so people stand out clearer...So I'm giving the OP the benefit of the doubt that his friend's rez files are corrupted, and not intentional. Hence delete them an reinstall, but FW and AV will do nothing.
