Why my account been permanetly blocked?

Yesterday afternoon I found a hacker in the game. I recorded a video uploaded to YouTube. This afternoon I entered the game to play a game, then quit. Account Logon Discovery is permanently blocked again. Can you tell me why? I was born in 1977, to play this game for many years before in China. Now in Spain. If you said I was a hacker, I invite you to investigate clearly. My name is in the game YIY., Pleasr help me, Thank you very much.

My game account was also blocked but I can enter the website and I have no message saying that my account was blocked.
I'm waiting for is an error account I have since 2010 and in May vips

Several people have gotten this ban for no reason. Send a support ticket and explain to them the situation and they will unban you

MOD has spoken! Recently if you in reinstalled crossfire this may be the reason, but to know for sure send a support ticket if not they found a 3rd party program usage or similar offences.

You more then likely have been HWID ban, do keep in mind tho that cheating on alts can even get your PC HWID banned. If i was you i would try to login to my account from another computer.
