Do a full re-install and delete z8games folder in program files

no i have this problem and i takes the game from my friend and it's fully working on his PC and i have the same issues it's not from the game i think

There is your problem. The file says changed because it doesn't recognize the same computer it got installed on. You have to download it on the website
