hola, recién descargue el juego Crossfire NA pero no puedo entrar ya que sale un letrero el cual dice "failed to conect to server"

please guys tell us in advance that it will happen because i were made 2 windows installing and uninstall the game couple of times ,as i thought this issue for me only .

please can you tell me specific time that the game should work normally .

Greetings.... When I log in Crossfire, I get a message meaning that the server is full, can't get in. Should make more server spaces so more people to come in and enjoy Crossfire, as I'm being honest about it.
