Hello

I have problem in my PC

when i enter any account , this message appeared

This account has been permanently blocked

i opened ticket and support don't answer till now

can anyone help me to solve it ?

Your account was banned, it's not your computers problem. You have to be patient and wait for an answer, they get over 200 tickets in a day.

^exactly this.
You all have to understand that when u send a ticket it's not going to be looked over the exact same day. We all have to wait until we get an answer.
