Update Xtrap
Came across some low level hackers yesterday on pub games insta-killing everyone in the rooms. It has been like 2+ years i have seen so many in one day.
It would be good to update xtrap to stop them now before they start rising in numbers and drive what's left of the paying users out of the game.

I've seen every type of hacker come back since Ranked Match was a thing.. it got worse since Season 2. I can't believe even knife speed-hack returned also, saw a guy kill my whole team with it yesterday night. I'm sad to see our game crumble by them again, like in the early CF years..
X-Trap is not enough it seems, we need a 21st century anti-hack protection system, lol. -

Xtrap is good when they update it. I don't really think a new anti-cheat will make a huge difference as the game engine is stale and the code can be broken easily -

Xtrap isn't bad. every game got hackers. But they have to update it. I reported some sites, some of them are undetected for 2 weeks now.
but tbh, 89% of the hackers are in ranked matches. In uk 5 or north 3 your fine

Xtrap updates at least once a week. You of all people should be well aware of this.
But, as has been said many times over the years, it is a f2p game, all f2p games have issues with hackers as people will not "lose out" on anything if they hack. -
well it is under contract ... xtrap support 1000nds of other games ... cfupdate seems to be done at spring break each year ... is there any weekly gotcha contractwise or is cfna not such important mmo to care about periodically?
weekly updates of xtrap doesn't mean they got anticheatcontent for cfna.
P.S just forget it ... office people work on inquiry ... when nobody reports ... nobody will care about ... contract or not ... it's just 3rd part software wich work on inquiry ... no special anticheatsquad.
there was many suggestions how to improve anticheatmeasures ... but well smilegatewest are same office monkeys wich cannot code / integrade complex scripts to serverfiles ... even they do ... there is no promise that the next dev update will mess up their files ... a small line between master and manager. -

But I thought CF hackers would "lose out" on playing CF again because of the hardware ban? I guess that was a lie

Came across 7 hackers with aimbot today
Tommorow is Monday. Time to ask xtrap for a new patch my dear GMs, right? If these new hacks won't be patched until Friday, it looks like I'm taking a break again...
You can't just ask for an update, they work on a specific schedule. Their ac is also used on another good amount of games.
If you really want to play without hackers come to the competitive side, na5 ch8. -

When the situation is bad, I'm pretty sure they can ask xtrap for a new emergency update. With the right funding, which of course Smilegate doesn't provide, xtrap devs could patch the current available hacks.
I would love to play with NA players because most of them I met all these years are friendly and cool, but I can't really play on NA servers since i have more than 120 ping there. Uk5 ch8, is the counterpart comp place for EU players and is pretty unplayable for me, not because of hacks but most of the times the egy esl wannabes playing there can't really stand being killed by me every round, they rage the whole game or they even rejoin the room on my team and start kick votes until I'm gone. I prefer playing with hackers in UK4 lol -

Lol, 120 ping should be worth it if you don't wanna play with hackers :eek:
